Auction procedure
1) Inspection of the property is limited to the exterior only. No internal viewing is permitted.
2) Registration at the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) The deposit will be returned if the bidding does not succeed.
5) Bidders should verify loan eligibility prior to the auction. If the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. No refund will be granted for the deposit if the bidder fails to complete the necessary steps on time, including if the loan is rejected.
6) The property will be sold as-is based on its current condition.

IMPORTANT RULES:
- The headline must contain both minimum 10 characters and maximum 70 characters.
- The description must contain both minimum 50 words and maximum 2000 characters.
