Safa (also known as Safa Terraces) is the second residential development in Desa ParkCity
Safa (also known as Safa Terraces) is the second residential development in Desa ParkCity, right after Nadia. It is a 2-storey terrace houses development, and was completed in 2004.

Safa comprises of 171 units of 2-storey terrace houses in a gated and guarded 13-acre vicinity. The house is surrounded by landscaped park that connects these houses from one to another. It is designed in such a way that open-plan dry kitchens open out onto an internal courtyard to bring in natural light and cool breezes.
