Auction process

- No interior inspections for the actual auction unit are permitted, as no one has the keys to show you the unit

- We will coordinate with bankers to assist you with loan verification

- Online transfer of 10% deposit/ prepare a 10% bank draft payable to the bank name at least 1 day prior to the auction
- The auction will feature online/on-site bidding, and we will support you throughout the entire bidding process
- We will arrange for a professional lawyer to assist you after a successful bid
