Auction procedure
1) Property inspection is limited to external views only. No internal access permitted.
2) Registration with the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A deposit of 10% of the reserve price is necessary to qualify as a bidder.
4) Deposits will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) Bidders are encouraged to verify loan eligibility prior to the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If a bidder fails to finalize the process in the allotted time, there will be no refund of the deposit, including in cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold as-is.
