The Link 2 Residences is a freehold mixed commercial and residential luxurious Condominium of Serviced Apartments, shoplets and shop offices located in the Bukit Jalil, which is famous for hosting the 1998 Commonwealth Games, situated in the southern side of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. There are total 5 design layouts in Tower B, where unit type Type A, A1 and Type B already been sold that makes the remaining two unit types are remaining for sale, they are Type C1 and Type D. Type C1 features 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, yard and a balcony in its 971 square feet area whereas Type D features 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, yard and a L-shaped balcony in its occupied area of 1,218 square feet. On the other hand, the Shop Offices are occupied with 4 units of 6-storey wide-frontage shop fronts for business and 18 units of 4-storey shoplots. The total price of units starts from RM680,000 after rebate. There is total combination of 539 units of services apartments, Shopslets and shop offices in this property area. The project’s 1st stage, Link 2 residences has been launched in 2014 and expected date of its completion is due in the first quarter of 2018. The price per square feet is RM700 which less and affordable compared to adjacent properties like Waltz Residences and Skyluxe On the Park Another prestigious project are Covillea Condominium, 1 Petaling, and Savanna 2. There are some other projects in this area like The Z Residence, KM1 Condominium, Twin Arkz, Kiara Residence 2 and Arena Green which are worth checking.
