Auction process
1) Inspection of the property is only permitted from the exterior. No internal viewings are allowed.
2) Registration at the bank requires full name, IC number, and address.
3) A 10% deposit based on the reserve price is necessary to be eligible as a bidder.
4) The deposit will be refunded if the bidding is not successful.
5) Bidders should verify their loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Upon winning the bid, the deposit will be collected by the bank. If the bidder fails to complete the process on time, there will be no refund for the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
6) The property will be sold as-is, in its current condition.

IMPORTANT RULES:
