BK 6B (also known as Bandar Kinrara 6) is a low-dense 2-storey terrace, semi D or bungalow housing estate nestled in Bandar Kinrara, located at the north of Puchong, within Petaling district. It neighbours Taman Puncak Jalil, Kinrara Residence, Taman Damai Utama, BK8, BK4, BK5, Taman Puncak Kinrara, Kinrara Industrial Park, and Taman Perindustrian Kinrara.

BK 6B sited in a planned township, the enclave is surrounded by plenty of amenities. There are some primary schools and secondary schools in the area is the nearest one is SMK Seksyen 4.
BK 6 is 5 minutes drive to banks, Giant Kinrara, 10 minutes drive to Puchong Tesco, 15 minutes drive to IOI Mall, 20 minutes drive to Subang USJ and 35 minutes drive to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya.

From the vicinity, it is just about 35 km to KLIA, 15 km to Petaling Jaya, 20 km to Shah Alam and 19 km to KLCC.

There are nine sections of housing estates in Bandar Kinrara (BK1, BK2, BK3, BK4, BK5, BK6, BK7, BK8 and BK9). Double-storey houses built in BK3 and BK4, BK5 have a better housing society. The section of housing estates are BK 6 and BK8, where they comprise mostly of bungalows, semi-Ds and terrace houses.
BK1, BK2, BK3 and BK4 are quite low cost while BK5, BK6, BK7, BK8 and BK9 are better developments. Permai, Harmony, Melody, Q'aseh, Oasis and a few others are new developments.

In 2008, the Giant shopping complex was opened in the area. The complex gives more convenience to the residents in the area. There also a mosque, a Petronas and rows of shops in almost all of the developments. An international cricket ground has been completed. A youth center is also in the pipeline consisting of covered futsal arenas and badminton courts.

There is a natural buffer zone in a form of a forest reserve to the south called Ayer Hitam Forest Reserved which has been lately re-gazetted by the current state government as permanent reserved. The new Police District Headquarters are completed nearby the Kinrara Golf Club.
