Auction guidelines
1) property can only be viewed from the exterior. No internal viewings are permitted.
2) full name, ic number, and address must be provided for bank registration.
3) a 10% deposit on the reserve price is required to be eligible as a bidder.
4) the deposit will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) bidders should verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Upon winning the bid, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If the bidder fails to finalize the process on time, there will be no refund for the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
6) property is sold as is without any guarantees.
