Auction procedure
1) only external property inspection is permitted. No internal viewing is allowed.
2) full name, identity card number, and address are required for registration at the bank.
3) a deposit of 10% of the reserve price is required to qualify as a bidder.
4) deposits will be refunded if the bidding does not succeed.
5) bidders are encouraged to verify loan eligibility before participating in the auction. Once the bidding is won, the deposit will be processed by the bank. If bidders fail to complete the process timely, there will be no refund for the deposit, including cases of loan rejection.
