Aurelia Aurelia is a 3-storey townhouse development located at Jalan Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi in Senna Puteri, Sepang in Selangor. The development was launched in Q2 2024 by IOI Properties Group (IOIPG). Aurelia Concept & Project Details A gated & guarded enclave spanning 17.8 acres within IOIPG’s new township of Senna Puteri in Sepang, Aurelia offers 386 units of hilltop townhouses with lot size of 26’ x 65’. Built-up areas range from 1,690 to 1,862 sq ft for lower units with 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layouts, and 2,336 to 2,454 sq ft for upper units with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an accompanying powder room.

In crafting Aurelia, IOIPG leveraged on the site’s elevated land profile to give the development its own unique character, incorporating gentle slopes and open spaces, along with scenic views of the rolling hillscapes and greenery all around. The name “Aurelia” means “the golden one,” following in the footsteps of Senna Puteri as a bright township among the sunny hills of Salak Tinggi.
