The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) has launched Auva Residensi as a new residential development in Cyber Valley, featuring 124 units of double-storey terrace houses measuring 22’ x 70’, with a gross development value of RM133.3 million.

Each unit offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed with a Scandinavian concept that emphasizes functional architecture, aesthetic individuality, and a conducive environment aligned with modern lifestyle needs.

Auva Residensi @ Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya by PKNS offered the open-plan layout enhances spatial flow, while level flooring on the ground level is wheelchair-friendly, making it accessible for the elderly and people with disabilities.
