CRSC Group started operations in January 1982 with core business activities such as project management, property development and construction. Soon after, the group started to venture into hospitality, medicine and agriculture. Since its incorporation, CRSC Group has grown to become one of the leading property developers in the country. The group has built an impressive track record by undertaking several multi-million ringgit projects where we have proven to deliver quality products and met our promised deadlines. As a pioneer in the property industry, the Group together with a few others set up the Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA), an NGO representing all developers in Malaysia. REHDA meets with the relevant government bodies regularly to discuss current issues and work alongside them to meet the needs and requirements of the current buyers.
