Trinity Aquata

Trinity Aquata is the new addition to the skyline of Sungai Besi in Kuala Lumpur. It is a development of the Trinity Group, whose past projects include Zeva @ Equine South, The Z Residence at Bukit Jalil, The Zest at Kinrara 9, and The Heron Residency among others.

Trinity Aquata is one of the newer completed projects from the developer, with its completion date marked in the year 2019. It is a freehold and residential title condominium with a low density of only 344-unit. The homes are housed within a single tower of 26-storey.

The homes at Trinity Aquata were designed for medium-sized families. Buyers will have 6 different layouts to choose from, all of which comes with 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom except for Type C. Type C is one of the larger units and comes with 3+1 bedrooms, and 3-bathroom.

The facilities at Trinity Aquata are beautifully designed to bring about a relaxing home environment for families and children. Of the many interesting facilities within the development is the hammock lounge, river stroll, and aqua-reflexo. There is also a sky bar & lounge, cinema bunker, sky pod, and sky studio of the more interesting facilities. For fitness enthusiasts, they will have use of an infinity pool, gymnasium, and wellness deck.

Although it is a highly affordable family home that is centrally located, there have been grouses from residents and the community that the access roads to Trinity Aquata are less than appealing and a little bit inaccessible. This is however offset by the development’s proximity to several highways including the Seremban highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), Sungai Besi Expressway (BESRAYA), and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).

As a development that was completed in the year 2019, Trinity Aquata is already well occupied. Most of its residents are the owners themselves with most of the units already tenanted.
