Awana Puri is a freehold condominium that is located at Taman Mutiara Barat, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This condominium is situated in a developed commercial area of Cheras that has comprehensive amenities and conveniences.

The construction of Awana Puri was conducted by Natwest Development Sdn Bhd. This 15-floor condominium was completed in 2007 and consists of 348 units. Each unit has an average built-up size of 1,040 sqft.

This condominium is also well equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities for the comfort of its residents.
