Zarina Suleymanova

I hail from the Russian Federation and am qualified as a lawyer by Omsk State University, Russian Federation and Tashkent State Institute of Law, Uzbekistan. I also hold an MBA in Finance with a distinction from the University of Nottingham, and an LLB (Hons) from the University of London.
 
I have over 18 years’ experience working in the legal sector and within an international business environment in Malaysia. While being seconded to a Malaysian legal firm, I served as a legal liaison between Malaysian and the CIS countries on a few major projects in the oil & gas, property development and entertainment sectors. I command an extensive working knowledge and application of company law, conveyancing, and corporate practices and Malaysian immigration rules and regulations amongst others. 
 
Real estate has always been my passion and I have assisted a few Russian-speaking private and corporate investors and business owners in Malaysia. From my practical experience, I can appreciate and am able to respond to the investors’ concerns in their search for searching the perfect real estate asset, be it commercial or residential.
