Leasing Executive Expertise (2005–2021):
Beginning my career in the retail leasing sector, I honed my skills managing large-scale hypermarket properties in Malaysia, such as Tesco and Mydin. I played a pivotal role in ensuring optimal tenant mix, fostering strong tenant relationships, and driving retail success in competitive environments.

Transition to Real Estate Sales (Since 2021):

Current Role as Group Manager (2025):
Now leading a team as a Group Manager, I specialize in handling under-construction property sales. I am the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for key government-subsidized housing projects such as Rumawip and Rumah Selangorku, focusing on providing affordable housing solutions. Additionally, I am actively involved in subsales, ensuring seamless transactions and satisfied clients in the secondary market.
