Real estate Professionals don’t earn a salary -- which can sometimes work out to their advantage because if you know how to earn money in real estate you can earn a lot of it (there is no limit)” 
I joined real estate business in year 2008 after I graduated from MMU (Multimedia University) which is my first job. The reason that I embarked into real estate was that one of my relatives from a real estate agency introduced me and she guided me to start my real estate career (Big thank to her). I still remember my first property 14 years ago that I marketed in Tropicana area which was a newly handover condominium. During that time, there were only a few high-rise residential properties. I joined 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 in 2016 and I have been focusing at Tropicana, Kota Damansara and nearby area such as Ara Damansara.
With over 14 years of experience that I have within these locations, I have built strong relationship with many investors, buyers and sellers which I am very close with and we treat each other as friends. They normally seek for my advice when they are interested to invest in the area. Over these years, I have successfully assisted over 100 people to achieve their real estate investment goals and securing their dream homes. 
Being in the industry have its ups and downs and is always challenging to grow your real estate business and many agents get discouraged when they find out it takes a lot of hard work and determination to earn top dollar. Real estate business is accessible to everyone and is one of the best industries for those that wants to generate high income. You just got to put in a lot of effort to learn the trade and to get started and the possibilities are endless. Being a team leader in 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀, I guide my team and work with them closely to achieve their goals.
