Im Terry Leong,  a professional property consultant based in Klang Valley, Malaysia. I have built a solid foundation of clients through my more than 10 years of experience as a real estate agent. 

I have a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their commercial and residential real estate acquisition, lease obligations and property management. In addition to being a professional estate agent, Im also a registered Property Manager. Prior to joining the real estate industry, I was in the Corporate for 20 years as accountant, having graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a  Bachelor of Management degree in 1990.  I have then sat for ACCA and thus qualified as a professional accountant.

I specialise in applying my expertise and local market knowledge to assist clients to look for their dream home and also investment properties.  Im a dedicated, friendly and professional property consultant who will meet your real estate needs.
