I have been in real estate for more than 20 years, but I still believe the best way to understand the property market is to stay close to it.
I started my real estate career in the early 2000s, initially specialising in rental and subsale before establishing myself in Mont Kiara from 2002. Over the years, my experience expanded from individual transactions to team leadership and project marketing, working with established developers including SUNWAY, UEM Sunrise, MRCB, Parkcity, Malton, TA Global and Trinity Group and many others.
Today, as Founder & CEO of Fortress Real Estate, I remain personally active in the market — meeting property owners, conducting viewings, speaking with buyers and tenants, studying new developments and understanding what is actually influencing property decisions today.
My focus is on selected residential markets including Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur and emerging townships within the Klang Valley, covering both subsale and new developments.
I also actively share my on-the-ground property observations through social media — not simply showcasing properties, but discussing the questions buyers and owners are actually asking: pricing, layouts, surroundings, lifestyle, connectivity, compromises and long-term value.
