Hello, I'm Sum Yeong, a Pre-Team Leader specializing in the Kajang and Semenyih areas.

With a background in Civil Engineering, holding both a diploma and a degree, I bring a solid technical foundation to the real estate industry. 

Currently, I'm enhancing my expertise by pursuing a Professional Diploma in Valuation from the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, recognized by JPA and equivalent to a degree in real estate, estate management, and property management.
