I am a registered valuer and estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. I am also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia(ISM)and Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS). I have more than 12 years working experience in real esate professional services and property valuation in Australia and Malaysia. I was previously working with corporate property consultancy firm and hold a Bachelor Degree in Business majoring in Property from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). We are working as a team of 10 and covers various area of Klang Valley. 80% of our clientale is foreigners and we specialise in providing property investment advice, property valuation and expatriate leasing. We also manage properties for foreign owners with quality services and trust. Our firm provides full range property consultancy services in valuation and advisory, estate agency and property management.
