Hi, my name is Ryan Wei , and I’ve been actively involved in the real estate industry in Johor Bahru since 2010, starting from my university days at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

While studying, I developed a keen interest in the local property market, and over time, that interest grew into a full-fledged career. After graduation, I not only deepened my expertise in Johor Bahru’s real estate sector but also expanded my professional horizons by gaining valuable working experience across several ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia.

This regional exposure has given me a broader perspective on market trends, investment opportunities, and cross-cultural client relations, all of which I now bring back to serve clients and partners in Johor Bahru more effectively.
