Real estate is a business that arranges the selling, renting, or management of homes, land, and buildings for its owners, a real estate agent is a licensed professional who represents buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. 

 A professional in real estate does not earn by getting a salary, the income comes from earning commissions. Yes, it will be challenging for many people at first, but this will make you put more effort into making it succeed. Once you master the skill to run this business you will earn your first pot of gold.

 My team leader Vincent Heng in Hartamas Real Estate inspired me to become a real estate negotiator. After the pandemic I was suffering with how to rent out my parents’ house and get the rental as her medical expenses, Vincent helped and guided me a lot in a professional way to rent the house to a family with two kids. 

 The main reason I joined real estate is to earn more income, but in other ways, I also want to help the owners manage their properties and allow the buyer to reach more different property choices as a professional.

 To ensure my client/customer feels confident and trusts me. I will keep improving my real estate knowledge and trends in the market, I have completed the negotiator’s course with the certificate. In Hartamas, our agent and team leader always share their path of success with each other to keep motivation, and that is the culture I need in my career.
