Hi, i'm Megan Khoo, your new home expert in KL!
I’m here to help you buy your first new home in KL and Selangor, guiding you every step of the way—like a friend! 🏡
I know buying a home can feel overwhelming—what if you pick the wrong project or overpay? With 7 years of experience and 3 investment properties of my own, I know how to find the right projects, get the best deals, and avoid hidden costs. I’ll make it easy to understand so you feel confident along the way.
I focus on new projects because they offer better prices, great options, and higher value in the long run. This is how I’ve grown my own property portfolio, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Plus, I’ll be here even after the purchase, offering support with key handovers, renting, or reselling.
Thinking of buying your new home but not sure where to start? No worries! Let’s chat, and I’ll guide you through the process. We’ll make buying your home exciting and stress-free! 🚀✨
