I have been in the real estate business the last 36 years (since 1988) and set up my own firm in 1996 after having passed the qualifying examinations set by the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Estate Agents. Prior to this, I was employed in MCIS Ltd which is a composite insurance company, variously as Chief Development Officer, Branch Development Manager and also as Chief Agent in the Non-Life Division of the company. My forte is sale of bungalows and and high-end condominiums in the prime areas of Kuala Lumpur and Greater KL including Country Heights in Kajang where I have a home.
I have served two terms in the Country Heights Residents And Land Owners Association as its Vice Chairman and and further 2 years as a director of CHRLA Management Berhad, which is a company set up to manage Country Heights.
