I started my property career in Johor sixteen (17) years ago in 2007.  From my very first sale transaction of a double-story terrace house, I have learned and experienced all kinds of property dealings since then, which also includes all types of residential property, commercial shop/office, hotel, industrial building property, and even land sales transaction.  I have won numerous company awards, enthusiastic praises from many customers due to the excellent service rendered to them.

The vast exposure has also provided me with many opportunities, networks, and a good environment to develop a keen insight into the real estate market and business. My specialties are in the new project and sub-sale sales and marketing. I am able to seek the golden opportunity for my clients to meet their real estate goals and also to benefit from the property dealings successfully. My strategy and approach are simple; honesty, knowledge, straight-forward approach to all my clients, give professional advice to them so that a firm decision can be made fast in order to capture the selling or buying opportunity.

I'm also grateful to be part of IQI members in Aug 2023, with these global and international platform of real estate firm, I am able to utilize my past experiences to delegate my profession in the organization.
