I have been working for property development companies for 25 years. My roles as Senior Manager in the company are not just concentrating on the technical aspects (which is good to provide technical advice or training to the oversea business partner/agency), I was responsible to spearhead the Property Development division which includes planning and overseeing the development scheme such as mixed development for a township in Kuching, Sibu, and Bintulu, high-end condominium, hotel and industrial park in Kota Kinabalu.
My roles include liaising with various local government and authority department on approval of building plans, sub-division plans, occupational permits, road fitness certificates etc.
I led the sales and marketing team by deriving with the marketing strategies for the project including the launching of new projects and their show units, press conferences, roadshows, participate in Property Expo at various strategic locations.
I provide training and equipping sessions to the sales personnel in product knowledge, sales process, and customer service skills, etc.
Besides the above, I am currently a core member of BNI (Business Network International), a global business networking organization. I have the contacts and network from various countries that enable me to get the necessary referrals and collaboration needed with oversea partners in any business opportunities.
Currently, I am also involved in the MM2H program where I worked closely with key players in the related field to tap into the overseas buyers and investors who would like to settle down in Malaysia.
