I have been in the property industry for 24 years.  My strength is selling and renting commercial shophouses and buildings.  Of course I do market industrial and commercial lands too.  My secret of success is I am blessed to have a few chain commercial clients to support my property business namely pharmacies, aesthetic and medical clinics, famous restaurants and education group.  My success also very much depends on the prudence and reasonable properties' owners who are willing to listen to agents' negotiation to move the property market.
