Daniel Chieng

Daniel hit the ground running when he entered residential real estate in 2016, winning the Rising Star of the Year Award ( The Star Newspaper ) on his first year, followed by other impressive achievements for his stellar performance. 

Prior to real estate his career was in Priority Banking for 5 years where he deeply honed his skills in handling ultra-high network clients. He brings from this background a solid understanding of how to assess and address the needs of clients and is experienced at closing complex deals involving numerous counterparties. 

He has handled transactions in the luxury market for some of the biggest names in the KLCC and representing buyers and sellers at every price range and in every part of KLCC.

He attributes his success to his work ethic, wide network, superb instincts and passion for real estate.
