Mr Chan has 28 years working experience in the field of property valuation,
residential, commercial and industrial agency. He has extensive experience working in the industrial sector and successfully handled the marketing of various industrial parks and high-end residential properties in the Klang Valley and has provided marketing advice (Sale, Purchase, Tenancy, Lease or Build to Specification) to numerous multinational companies such as Philips Conoco (Projet), SAF-Holland, Sime Darby, UMW Toyota, Ascendas, Ericsson,
Micron Electronics, U Mobile, Gateway 2000, Honda, Kobe Precision, Dash
Medical, Van Leer, IDS Logistics, Porex Technology, MG Rovers, RS Components
and other investors and local manufacturers.
He is currently a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers of Malaysia and Principal and founder of his current firm Grants & Leases Real Estate Solution.
