My core competencies include enbloc acquisitions, exclusive private peoperty sales, and industrial property expertise, all grounded in a deep understanding that each client brings a unique set of needs and perspectives.

Since transitioning to commercial real estate, my focus has been on spearheading the acquisition and sale of enbloc office spaces in Kuala Lumpur and industrial properties in  Selangor. 

This pivot has leveraged my skills in marketing strategy and sales, contributing to our team's recognition with the National Real Estate Award for Industrial Firm of the Year 2022 by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.
