I passing the TPC on 2016, and apply to register with the Board where an Authority to Practice Estate Agency. Now i can be called a registrant or registered person or a real estate agent (REA). 
I'm help people buy and sell both commercial and residential properties. I'm also a person whose job involves selling and renting out buildings and land for clients.
