More interested in delivering the right property to the purchaser and helping them make the right choice rather than pressuring them to make a wrong decision just to satisfy my own needs of closing the deal.
At the end of the day, this is not a one time business but a happy and satisfied purchaser/vendor will come back to me for more and refer their friends and relatives to me.
If the prospect didn't buy from me,it only means that the property didn,t really best suit their needs in totality.
