Previously I was based in the UK for 12 years.  Graduated in University of Canterbury, Kent and have worked for CBRE UK as a Press Release Officer covering all their Commercial and Retail areas' research and survey reports.  In 1998 I relocated back to Malaysia spent 3 years as a Senior Real Estate Trainer in Reapfield Properties Sdn Bhd.  Currently I am with i-LInk Properties as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator and Team Consultant since 2004.  For my past experience I have had independently assisted many of my foreign investors and local buyers by achieving their return on investment and sale yield with a promising percentage. Furthermore, I have assisted many local and expats finding them a presentable and suitable units in various location in Klang Valley.  My main strength is not just to provide adequate information and solution to my clients but most importantly it is the after sale or rental service that to me it is much needed.  Therefore I always ensure to deliver and to perform efficiently.
