Marc Service Residence, sometimes called Marc Residence is a condominium located in the center of the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. This was a project done by Beverly Tower Development. It can be found next to Suria KLCC, KLCC Park and the Convention Centre. The concept used here is serviced residence – which is what apartments utilize these days. This means that each unit will be receiving regular service which makes it very convenient for the owners. Each unit comes with a dining area, kitchen, living room and bedroom area. The services offered are more suited for families and international executives. One of the best things about Marc Service is its location. It is relatively near Raja Chulan Station, KLCC LRT and Monorail Station. The area itself is enveloped with international restaurants, business towers and local street markets.

However, if you work far from KL you would find it a bit hard to get around since this area tends to be congested with traffic due to its location – especially during rush hour. As for the price, its pre-selling price was a mere RM700. So those who bought a unit at pre-selling price got a pretty good deal. Because now the units have shot up around RM3,000 for a studio type room while a penthouse costs about RM20,000. The market of this condominium is primarily high-end buyers. So if you are looking for both convenience and comfort and have the money for it, Marc Residence is the apartment for you.
