Aside from this, the apartments are considerably cheaper compared to other condominiums in the area. The downside, however, is that the night clubs end up causing noise pollution. Pre-selling price started at RM680 to RM700 psf. Currently it is selling at RM800 to RM900 psf.
The close proximity of night clubs and the absence of schools in the immediate area makes Parkview unfit for raising a family. The nearest school is about 30 minutes to 1 hour away. And with traffic congestion, it can take a lot longer. Thus, Parkview is best for professionals working in the area. They can just walk over to their workplace and then have a cup of coffee or go shopping with friends after work.
