Suasana Sentral Loft

Suasana Sentral Loft, or The Loft as it is sometimes called, is a luxury condominium situated at the transport hub of KL Sentral. It is right in the middle of Suasana Sentral Condominium and the Sentral One block of offices.

This was launched way back in 2005 and was finished by 2008, and is now totally sold out.

40% of all units are owned by expatriates and foreigners.

KL Sentral is the hub of transport within KL, housing the KTM train stations, Putra LRT station, KL Sentral Monorail station, City Air Terminal (KL CAT) and Express Rail Link (ERL). This 600-unit has been highly successful in charming tenants and investors into its doors. This property is one of the most sought after in the city.  And that is mainly because of its innovative concept and design which is a first in high end condominiums.

A loft is primarily a unit that has a common area with double volume ceiling. It is designed in such a way that if you stand on the upper floor you can look down on the lower level. However not everyone is too fond of this concept.

The older crowd is especially concerned that it might not be very safe for children. And the empty area is said to be wasteful of space. This is why most of the buyers are young professionals.

Another thing that some buyers are concerned of is the old buildings and shop house that can be found in front of KL City. This can indeed be an eye sore and will take some time before people can get used to it.
