Idaman Residence is a luxury condominium that mainly targets the high end market. It is found right in front of the most famous landmark of Malaysia – the Petronas Twin Towers. It is situated right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle which means that dining, shopping and various recreational activities are very accessible. Some of the most famous attractions of Kuala Lumpur such as the Dewan Philharmonic Orchestra and KL Convention Center can be found just nearby. Idaman Residence was created to cater to those who would like to experience living in the heart of the city and yet enjoy beautiful greenery. It is made for those who enjoy city living. Everything is just nearby. Restaurants, commercial buildings and cafes surround the area. Many people have expressed their appreciation for Idaman Residence’s unique architectural design. The building itself looks sleek and modern with 90 % of its exterior made of glass. This permits its residents to have a great of Kuala Lumpur’s cityscape.

The pre-selling price of each unit amounted to about RM620. When it was competed the price shot up to RM 720. Many people consider this a better deal compared to most condominiums in the area. There are also varying room sizes to choose from.
