Also known as USJ 1 Avenue, this is a 19 storey two block condominium developed by new comer, USJ One Avenue Sdn Bhd which is a subsidiary of well known contractor, MCT Homes Sdn Bhd. This being the developer’s first hand at a residential project, objectively reviewing it is a fair project with its best selling point being the excellent view from the condo units with space being well utilized without looking cramped showing future potential for improvement on their follow-up project.  

Accessible via Persiaran Subang Permai, Kesas Highway and Jalan Subang 3, the condo is a few minutes drive to Mydin and Giant hypermarkets and Taipan triangle. With a total of 448 units, there are basically four types of layouts starting from the largest unit Type C built up to 1,802 sq ft and is situated at the two ends of the blocks. Potential buyers and renters get a large entrance foyer, living and dining room and the master bedroom bears an impressive feature with its attached bath that is partitioned with glass giving it a tranquil feel. The type B end unit built up to 1,773 sq ft mimics Type C in features while Type A built up to 1,346 sq ft is well laid out and reasonable for small families.
