About Dua Residency:
|
|
Dua Residency is a high rise five star
condominium that is designed based on the concept of luxurious home living. It
was completed by E&O Property Development in 2007 and is considered another
jewel in its crown. It has two towers
both 20 storey’s high and has 288 units in total. You can choose from different
unit types ranging from normal units of 2,300 sq ft to penthouses that are
5,500 sq ft. Each apartment is fully furnished with concealed air conditions,
fully fitted bathrooms and a furnished kitchen. Iranian marble spans the floors
making each unit easy to clean and maintain. A minimum of two car parks are
provided for each apartment.
When it comes to facilities you will not find
Dua Residency lacking either. Their facilities include an infinity pool,
children’s pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, multipurpose hall, reading room and
playground. It has a state-of-the-art gym that contains the latest equipment.
Instructors are also present to help you out and make sure that you exercise
the right way. Fitness buffs will certainly love it here. For house wives who
want to do some cooking a mini mart is located on the ground floor. Now you
will not have to go out of the building to do grocery shopping. Dua Residency
has set everything up to make it convenient for you. For those who would like
to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee with a good book, there is also a good café
just inside the building. For busy mothers, now you will not have to worry
anymore. The Dua Residency has a nursery where you can leave your child while
you go out and do errands. For visitors or new tenants who find themselves lost,
a concierge desk is available 24/7. Security here is a high priority too. There
are CCTV’s placed in strategic locations around the building and grounds to
make sure that everything is accounted for. Dua Residency is also near the USA
Embassy, Japan Embassy and Singapore High Commission. For those who want to get
away and relax in free open space, Ampang Park is just around the corner. You
can take you dog out for a walk or maybe do your early morning jog.
One of the best things about Dua Residency is
its prime location. You can easily to get it through Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun
Razak and SMART Tunnel. If you want to go shopping, just get in your car and
drive to Suria KLCC in 10 minutes.
Summary
Dua Residency has been a success in terms of
sales. And of the reasons for that success is because of the trust people have
for the developer. E&O Property Development has already completed numerous
projects. Aside from this the units are very attractive and the facilities are
great.
