Guarantee & Deposit Policy
• Reservation held until 3:00 PM unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit.
• Guarantee amount:
•One (1) night rental for stays under 27 nights.
•Three (3) nights rental for 28 nights or more.
• Tenancy of 3–6 months: One (1) month’s rental as security deposit + one (1) month’s rent in advance.
• Tenancy of 6–12 months: Two (2) months’ rental as security deposit + one (1) month’s rent in advance.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show will incur:
•One (1) night charge for stays under 27 nights.
•Three (3) nights charge for stays of 28 nights or more.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM ｜ Check-out: 12:00 PM
