For a single-storey home, I actually like how the split-level layout gives the house a bit more definition.

Instead of one long flat space from front to back, the slight change in level separates the living and dining areas without closing either one off. On a 24ft x 80ft lot, the house also feels comfortably wide for this category of TTDI terrace homes.

The condition is simple and mostly original, with the terrazzo flooring still running through much of the home. The three bedrooms are straightforward and practical, while the kitchen is surprisingly generous, with plenty of countertop and cabinet space plus a separate utility yard at the back.

This is not a heavily renovated rental, and I think that is exactly who it will suit — someone looking for a clean, functional TTDI single-storey home with good proportions and room to arrange it their own way.
