..stay one day in "Garden Resort Hotel" cost about RM15k per day ....if stay for one year?? Wow..really very expensive!!it almost RM4.5mil ,even you are very rich, but you won't do this...right? why not you just buy a ready made " Garden Resort Hotel" to be your SWEET HOME???
JUST RM4.5mil only...because is leasehold..you get a good price, if not www.l***** friend will sell RM5.5mil and above...
Life is short! Human life also a leasehold ..why we care about is free or lease ..???

Actually my friend are no intention to sell..as they bought a huge bungalow .so they need to move..because of that you have a good chance to buy !! My friend not even spent over a million to renovate..and she put a lot of time,effort and "heart" for this bungalow, even you buy a bare unit bungalow ..you may not get a good interior designer like her...sometime interior designer make you headache...
