De Palma is a freehold apartment development project that is located on Persiaran Setia Makmur, Shah Alam, Selangor. The De Palma apartment development project is a new project that was completed very recently in 2018. This development project was developed by none other than SP Setia Berhad. SP Setia Berhad is recognised as Malaysia’s leading listen real estate player with a proven track record of innovation-driven and standard-setting developments. They were incorporated in 1974 as a construction company and was listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now Bursa Malaysia) in 1993. In 1966, they refocused their core business to property development with construction, infrastructure and wood-based manufacturing as their support businesses. The De Palma is a development project under the Rumah Selangorku programme. This development project is meant to be affordable so that more and more people can afford a comfortable apartment. It is suitable and recommended for families to have their own vehicles get around town due to the lack of public transports around De Palma. It is highly recommended for the residents of De Palma to have their own vehicles due to the lack of nearby public transports. However, the township known as Setia Alam is within walking distance located south side of De Palma. Residents can walk over there to find a large variety of amenities like Setia City Mall, hypermarkets, banking facilities and many more. Despite having a lack of public transport, there are numerous educational amenities located within close proximity of De Palma. Some of them include Ummi Child Care Centre Setia Alam, E-Suria Tuition Setia Alam, Big Apple Setia Alam Vanahom Music Academy and many more. Furthermore, there are also quite a few of supermarkets nearby that would take a walk within 15 minutes. These supermarket include Pasar Mini Smart, Setia Taipan, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart Setia Alam and Kim Hor Fresh Market. There are 2 parks that are within walking distance of 10 minutes from De Palma. There is the Bliss Gardens and Urban Park @ Setia Taipan, Setia Alam. Apart from that, there is a lot of eateries located on the south side of De Palma. These eateries include Restoren Patin Palace, Sambal Opah, Restoran Niarasa, Juara Tomyam Suria Seafood and many more. De Palma offers some basic condominium facilities to its tenants. Each unit comes with 2 parking bays for their tenants to park their cars. Moreover, there is a badminton court for those who enjoys that sport or wants to learn it. Playing badminton can also help to keep the tenants of De Palma in shape. There is a multi-purpose hall for various functions like a birthday party, a family gathering, a catch up with old friends and many more. There is also a playground for the children to spend their free time in. Last but not least, there are male and female suraus available for the Muslim tenants of De Palma. The De Palma is a freehold apartment development project that was completed in 2018. There is a total of 730 units, spreading across 3 blocks with 16 stories for each block. Each unit comes with 2 parking bays for its tenants. Each apartment unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a built-up of 800 square feet. The selling price per unit is RM170K and the rental price range is RM750 to RM850 per month. The De Palm apartment development project was launched back in 2015. The construction for the project started on March 2016 and it was completed in 2018. Each unit was already priced at RM170K even before the project was completed. Other projects that are by the same developer include Setia Walk, ViiA Residence, Setia SKY Residences and Sky Oasis Residences. Other projects that are located within the same area include Pangsapuri Subang Suria, Trefoil @ Setia City, Emira Residence @ Shah Alam, Denai Alam and Suria Jelutong.
