As part of KL Sentral, it’s chip-in with neighbouring office towers, hotels, and residences, making it a mixed use environment. 

One of its biggest advantages is transport connectivity. KL Sentral is Malaysia’s major transit hub: PLAZA Sentral is basically next door or walking distance to KL Sentral station, which serves KTM Komuter, KTM Intercity, KLIA Express/Transit, LRT, Monorail, etc. So people working there have many public transit options.  Furthermore, key roads such as Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Jalan Damansara are nearby, giving car/road access in multiple directions. 

In terms of amenities, it’s in a mature zone: you have the shopping mall NU Sentral very close, many hotels (such as the Hilton, Le Meridien), restaurants, cafés, retail outlets. Supermarkets, clinics, schools are also found in the vicinity (Brickfields, etc.).  The building itself offers 24-hour security, multi-storey parking, and there are various small internal services (meeting rooms, F&B outlets, etc.). 

Visually and atmospherically, it’s a busy, professional zone. You see a steady stream of office-workers, travellers (because of the transit hub), visitors. The presence of hotels and hospitality businesses adds a flow of people outside of regular office hours. There are pedestrian walkways, plazas, and landscaping in the area, but it has more of an efficient urban feel rather than resort-style.
