Vista Tower (formerly known as Empire Tower) is a grade A office tower nestled along Jalan Tun Razak, located within the bustling KLCC enclave. This 62-storey tower has just undergone a major refurbishment and re-branding by the new owner, Australia’s MGPA. This building is only available for leasing. This iconic tower was built from 1991 to 1994, and given a fresh new looks by Aedes and GDP Architect (the architects for the refurbishment) which is completed in 2010. Its gross floor area is 755,000 sf. It has net lettable area of approximately 555,000 sf. A typical floor has built-up size of 11,500 sf. It features destination lift control that reduce waiting times, new air-conditioning system, double-height air-conditioned lobby with its floor and wall are covered with marble and large windows, broadband, disabled-friendly features et cetera. Vista Tower is part of an integrated development named The Intermark. Besides Vista Tower, The Intermark also consists of a new 30-storey international grade A office building, namely Integra Tower; a 11-storey retail centre, Intermark Mall (formerly known as City Square); and 28-storey DoubleTree by Hillton Hotel (formerly Crown Princess Hotel). Intermark mall is operating by Pavilion REIT since Year 2015 with groceries, food court and cafes are available for the convenience of occupants.
