On the flip side, because of its central location, the area is busy, especially during peak hours. Roads are relatively narrow in places (especially Persiaran Hampshire) and parking / traffic congestion can be issues. 
Overall, the surrounding feels very urban, dense, and very “city centre KL” — lots of office-workers, shoppers, eateries, commercial activity. Megan Avenue 1 offers a good balance of prestige + convenience without being quite as pricey as some of the newer skyscrapers.
