Subang Jaya is a mature township with neighbourhoods made up of terrace houses and high-rise residences. According to data from the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) and compiled by brickz, the median price (RM) for a condominium in Subang Jaya is RM 650,000. This is based on the review period from December 2018 to October 2019.

Even though traffic congestion has always been a major issue, the Kelana Jaya LRT extension line has further elevated the public transportation options and routes across Subang Jaya. Not just that, the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services link the Sunway commercial area to train stations which is a plus point for anyone who travels within that area.

Previously, we shared 10 residences in Subang Jaya near LRT stations and 5 student rental options near Sunway University. This time around, we have compiled 5 auction properties in Subang Jaya below RM800,000 for anyone looking to be one of those ‘budak Subang Jaya memang ada gaya’.
