28 February, SEMENYIH — Setia EcoHill established its new base of operations today with the simultaneous grand opening of the new Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre and the Show Village. The new Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre @ Club 360° will be the new home for all of Setia EcoHill’s customer care operations and community events. Boasting 360,000 sq ft of floor space, the new centre’s inaugural event after the grand opening will be Blossoms of Happiness—Setia EcoHill’s community Chinese New Year celebration on 3 March 2018.
The iconic Club 360° building located on the highest point of Setia EcoHill houses the many facilities of the clubhouse. A multi-sports centre houses an international futsal arena and four badminton courts which also doubles as a full-size basketball court. An impressive full Olympic-length swimming facility can be found outdoors, flanked by wet and dry parks for children. The building also houses a well-equipped gym complete with three multi-purpose studios. These sporting facilities are supported by family changing rooms complete with separate male and female saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis.
Club 360° is also equipped with 30-table banquet halls—Sapphire Hall 1 & 2—that are ideal for wedding receptions, dinners, company functions and parties. An alluring rooftop venue is also available for events and leasing, offering patrons a 360-degree view of Setia EcoHill and beyond.
The day also saw the grand opening of the Show Village where visitors can enjoy an immersive experience of the various homes on offer at Setia EcoHill. The highlights of the show are Setia EcoHill’s current bestsellers, D’Camellia and Kingsville.
D’Camellia’s 860 sq ft 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom freehold apartments are on full display. Visitors are especially attracted to its condo-level facilities which include swimming pools, a gym, multi-purpose hall and badminton court, among others.
Kingsville is another star at the Show Village with the single-storey bungalow show unit on display. These homes are styled after English colonial architecture. Visitors delighted in exploring its practical layout which gives easy access to every room and area.
