Sunsuria Group announces exciting retail tenants to enliven Sunsuria forum in Setia Alam


17 October, KUALA LUMPUR – Sunsuria Berhad (Sunsuria) unveiled the retail tenants of Sunsuria Forum @ 7th Avenue, Setia Alam, a freehold integrated development consisting of serviced apartments, corporate offices, SOHO suites and a lifestyle Mall.

With its tagline of “Discover Freedom, Stay Connected”, Sunsuria Forum’s Street Mall is poised to capture the imagination of Malaysians and tantalise their tastebuds with the presence of F&B retail partners such as anchor tenant Village Grocer, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Secret Recipe, Tokyo Teppan, Tokyo Don, Alibaba & Nyonya, Tealive, Double Happiness Sekinchan, Artelier Coffee and LN Fortunate Coffee. The Street Mall will also house a Forum Food Hall, offering more varieties of food to satiate the palate.

Besides F&B outlets, other retailers set to open at Sunsuria Forum’s Street Mall include Focus Point and Caring Pharmacy.

Seamlessly intertwining work with play, Sunsuria Forum will also feature Signature Kitchen (home and living), 19 Hair Lounge (hair salon) and Nufa Aesthetic (beauty clinic) on the 1st and 2nd floors of the corporate office block for the convenience of office dwellers as well as the residents of Setia Alam.

With a total estimated gross development value of RM1.4 billion, Phase 1 of Sunsuria Forum consists of retail shops and small offices, while Phase 2 comprises lifestyle mall, serviced apartments and SOHO Suites that incorporate a minimalist layout for maximum flexibility. Phase 2 possesses an estimated GDV of RM1.1 billion.

Sunsuria Forum’s commercial component includes a 31-storey tower of 346 corporate office units and retail lifestyle mall. The corporate office features one of its kind creative working space and inspiring facilities such as business lounge, open spaces for community activity and facilities such as a BBQ area, yoga deck, community pod, jogging track and swimming pool, with hopes to facilitate more community sharing, interaction and socializing among all occupants of the development. Recently, Sunsuria Forum Corporate Office won the Property Insight Prestigious Developers Awards (PIPDA) 2018 for Best Office Development.

The retail lifestyle mall will be offering child enrichment centres and day care services to fulfil the convenience and peace of mind of the working professionals and young families in surrounding neighbourhood communities including occupants and potential working population in Sunsuria Forum Office development. The lifestyle mall will also be bringing in contemporary F&B dining, banquet hall, shopping amenities and more.

The recently completed Street Mall is currently in the process of being handed over to lot owners, with retailers set to officially open for business by Q1 2019.
